- Automatic Clamp Function (only for CT-105/CT-106)
- The clamp force is user programmable, and the cleaver will automatically apply this force once the cleaving sequence is initiated.
No compressed air or torque wrenches required. - Backstop as Standard Item
- A backstop is important for cleaving both very small and large diameter fibers. This is standard on all CT-105/CT-106 cleavers.
- Angled Cleaving
- Angled cleaving from 0-15°is possible for fibers up to 800μm. (only for CT/106 )
- Fiber holder adapter (Option)
- Can be modified to accommodate fiber holders for the FSM-100series fusion splicers, FH-100-XXX.
- Color LCD Monitor
- The LCD shows the cleaving progress and recommended insert size depending on fiber coating and cladding diameter.
